Bigger than it looks in the photos but not too high, also maximises storage for the dimensions as very little in the way of a cornice.

A gorgeous old triple door pine wardrobe, hand waxed with a fantastic old pine colour. Dating from the early 20th century and continental in origin. There is a 1925 label from the german railway on one of the back panels, maybe it was once shipped on a train? 💕
With an internal depth of 55cm, it takes modern (42cm) hangers and bulky clothing with ease 👍🏽 which is not always the case with old wardrobes. ...
This is a great 'combination' wardrobe - removable shelves to the left (a rail could be fitted here), hanging to the right with a shelf above. Three spacious drawers complete what is storage heaven 🤩
Very original with a great character, nicely but sympathetically restored, minor battle scars, some old worm (don't worry, the stripping process kills it off/ prevents it returning) and timber repairs only where necessary.
There have been a couple of repairs to the cornice near the back. They look like the original parts, so were likely once removed to allow positioning and retained.
Prepared ready for immediate use and all for the price of some mass produced high street junk. What more could you want? What value! Just don't miss it!
