Terms

At checkout you will finds lots of shipping options. You can choose one of these at the time you pay or you can choose to discuss this later. This will be the best option if you are in Scotland, feel you don't really fit one of our options, have special requirements or access issues.
If you choose to have your wardrobe assembled we will give you a timescale shortly after purchase. We offer a very friendly and professional service and you won't have to wait too long. There is a limit to how far we travel to do this so please check with us first if this is a requirement.
Important notes:
1.Standard shipping is to any location in mainland England and Wales, even on our largest items!
2. At present we only deliver to southern areas of Scotland.
3. If you need delivery to Scotland or offshore (that means anywhere you can't get to via a bridge) you really must contact us before purchase as they are not included in our standard shipping rate.
To ensure your new purchase arrives in the condition you expect with the minimum fuss, our furniture is either delivered by us or by a specialist, fully insured, furniture courier.
Delivery time is approximately 7 to 28 days (we do our very best to make it within 14) depending on the day you purchase the item and your location (longer for remote parts of Scotland). If you have an urgent need for this item, let us know and we will do our best to find a solution.

Generally it will be a one man delivery and assistance on unloading might be required for larger items. If this is a problem for you, please let us know and we do our best to get it resolved.
The courier service includes taking the item inside to the ground floor of your property and, at the discretion of the driver, upstairs. If we carry out the delivery we will, where possible, take the item upstairs if required. Again, assistance may be required and we do this entirely at your own risk – large items and narrow stairs can cause a risk to your paintwork!
Neither we or the courier are insured to move or assemble furniture in your home. It will be done so entirely at your own risk.
When the delivery is by courier (in most cases) they will organise the delivery date and time and, although we will keep you informed, we have no control over this. The courier will also contact you directly and you must confirm times and dates with them.

Failed delivery will result in longer delays and further charges.
Holding items at the request of the buyer - we are happy to hold items until you are ready for delivery. If you are moving, decorating or building this may be helpful to you and we do it for free!
Please note, we re-stock based on items sold and sometimes due to seasonal variations. If purchased online and you ask to cancel your order when we have been holding the item at your request for more than 21 days you will be offered a credit note for the full amount. If purchased on our premises we usually offer a credit note even if less than 21 days. The credit note does not have an end date and can be used against any item or multiples of items.

Returns - if you wish to return the item, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned to us in the original condition. In all cases the buyer is responsible for delivery costs, we do not cover returns. Please check your chosen item is suitable before purchase - please measure carefully. Usually return costs are higher than delivery charges as we subsidise the delivery - we can quote you for this before purchase. Once the item is returned to us and we have checked the condition we will refund the original cost of the item in full. We consider delivery is an option and is not usually refunded. If the item is has not been correctly described or damaged in transit (please check your item before the delivery driver leaves) then return costs will be covered by us.
