The Old Pine Shop is a result of our love of old pine furniture, possibly even an obsession built up over the best part of 30 years.
Run as a caring family business by Terry (with some help from her husband Tony and their son's Ben and Josh). The Old Pine Shop, is dedicated to sourcing high quality and unusual old antique pine furniture that will add a touch of style and individuality to your home. Restored in our workshops to a high standard they will also provide many years of faithful service. A great and sustainable way to buy furniture.
Dedication
We're here for the long haul. We love furniture but we love our customers more, that's why we make ourselves available seven days a week. In fact, just about anytime we're awake!
Terry takes care of most of the customer enquiries, as well as general admin and organising deliveries. Tony is the photographer (well at least he tries!) and looks after the advertising and website side of the business.
All About the Finish
We love to polish! All pieces are carefully and lovingly hand finished. Before anything leaves The Old Pine Shop, it's doubled checked to make sure you will receive it ready to use immediately - we hate drawers that stick and doors that scuff! We like to sell old furniture that can be used as easily as its modern equivalent.
It doesn't stop there. As long as you own that piece of furniture we are available for help and advice. Our job doesn't finish when it leaves us...
