Returns

In all cases, we assure you of our best attention.
If you're not happy, we certainly won't be!
We believe we must have one of the lowest return rates in the industry. The average is less that one item per year! This is usually down to to the item being the wrong size for the intended purpose. Please measure carefully.
Please allow that our items are old or, in the case of reproduction pieces, have been distressed to some extent. All items will have signs of use and minor marks. Anything more than this will have been covered in the description. We are always happy to chat about the items prior to purchase.
In the unlikely event you wish to return the item, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. If we deliver the item personally, this should ideally be discussed face to face at the time. This could avoid future return costs.
All items must be returned to us in the original condition. Most of the time we deliver our items personally and they are blanket wrapped for the journey.
If you decide to use a third party service to return, you must ensure the item is suitably packaged to fully protect against damage.
In all cases, the buyer is responsible for return costs. 
Please check your chosen item is suitable before purchase - again, please measure carefully. Most items are larger than they look in the photos.
Return costs maybe higher than delivery charges as we subsidise the delivery - we can quote you for this before purchase.
Once the item is returned to us and we have checked the condition against original images we will refund the original cost of the item in full.
