A gorgeous & huge old pine double door wardrobe. Late Victorian/ early 20th century in period, continental in origin.  Hand waxed with a fantastic colour and character. The colour is better in real life, softer... Superb quality! ❤️

There is a rail high up and a removable shelf (later replacement) lower down. There is enough height to have another rail lower down or add more shelves. Storage heaven 😀

With an exceptional internal depth of 60 cm it takes modern (42cm) hangers and bulky clothing with ease, which is not always the case with old wardrobes.

On the smart side this one with only minor battle scars, some old worm character (don't worry, the stripping process kills it off/ prevents it returning) - not much and only mentioned for completeness. Original lock and key to the door. Prepared ready for immediate use and all for the price of some mass produced high street junk. What more could you want? Just don't miss it!
