Refund policy

Returns - if you wish to return the item, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned to us in the original condition. In all cases the buyer is responsible for delivery costs, we do not cover returns. Please check your chosen item is suitable before purchase - please measure carefully. Usually return costs are higher than delivery charges as we subsidise the delivery - we can quote you for this before purchase. Once the item is returned to us and we have checked the condition we will refund the original cost of the item in full. We consider delivery is an option and is not usually refunded. If the item has not been correctly described or damaged in transit (please check your item before the delivery driver leaves) then return costs will be covered by us.
