A superb Victorian (1870-1890) pine trunk, continental in origin. Wax finished with a lovely old pine colour! Original handles, escutcheon and none functioning lock.
Nice character with this one (it is old!) - minor battle scars, a little old (long dead/ treated) wood worm, a few repairs. ready to use and enjoy as storage or would make a great coffee table. This really is very nice indeed!
